Workshops:
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that your place is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Amendments to bookings and refunds may be made up to 14 days prior to the date of the workshop.
If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 14 days before the date of the class, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please contact us asap to inform us.
Please inform us of any dietary and/or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
Fees will not be refunded for any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of the workshop.
If through unavoidable circumstances a course must be cancelled by Fawen, all course fees will be refunded in full or if you wish, transferred to another course. Fawen will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance.
Flower Orders:
Fresh flowers are only available for local delivery or collection from the field by arrangement.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is usually required when ordering fresh flowers, however if you do need same day flowers, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate if we can.
Our flowers are cut, conditioned and arranged specifically for your bouquet order. Therefore we require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or adjust your order.
