We hope you love your Fawen purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return your item, we offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Providing the item is returned in the same condition, in the original packaging and fit for resale, we will provide a full refund, minus the cost of postage and packaging. Fawen are not responsible for the returned goods whilst they are in transit, nor are Fawen responsible for loss or damage during the return. We recommend you use a trackable courier service that includes insurance in case of loss or damage. Once we have received the returned item, in an unused, saleable condition, we will issue a refund, minus the postage and packaging costs. |
